Designed as part of the EVO Residential Complex, the multi-level parking structure incorporates a 460-car parking facility, car wash, retail spaces, and a mixed-use business and public center. 

Two architectural approaches were developed for the project — Transparency and Rhythm. The ground level is designed as an active public layer with cafés, coffee shops, and retail spaces that support everyday urban life.

The planting palette draws inspiration from grain fields, introducing softness and a sense of tranquility to the space.
