The core idea of the project is defined by its location: the “Aquamarine” residential complex is situated on the riverbank. This led to the concept of the courtyard as a marina.

At the center of the composition is the “Boat” playground, imagined as having drifted in on pebble-like waves. Connected to it by a bridge is a dedicated play area for children under the age of three. The design of the play elements in this zone continues the maritime theme.

The elongated children’s area is завершed by a canopy with swings, designed as a place for rest and for supervising children at play. Here, one can easily imagine a gentle sea breeze while observing the maritime-inspired adventures unfolding within the courtyard. 

On the opposite side of the children’s “marina,” there is a sports ground divided into fitness equipment and calisthenics (workout) zones, continuing and reinforcing the overall courtyard concept. 

At the center of the courtyard, a small local gathering space is formed around a table, framed by planters with trees. Compositions of perennials and meadow grasses help prevent the formation of vacant or unused areas within fire access zones, ensuring both ecological and spatial continuity.
